No guarantee of outcome

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. We do not and cannot guarantee approval, a particular processing time, or any other outcome.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Any fees for paid services will be agreed with you in writing before work begins, along with the applicable cancellation and refund terms for that service. The free initial consultation carries no charge and no obligation to proceed.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Providing false information can lead to an application being refused.
